We ship to addresses in Australia only.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Express shipping is available at checkout for A$15.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), then delivered in 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday) — 6–12 business days in total. Orders placed before 6:00 PM Sydney time on a business day start processing the same day.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also use our Track your order page.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed items with their tags within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy.
What if my item is faulty?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law: we pay the return and offer a repair, replacement or refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our returns policy.
When will I get my refund?
Within 10 business days after we receive and check your return, to your original payment method.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
In which currency are prices shown?
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. There are no extra charges at checkout.
