Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Australia only, including PO boxes and parcel lockers where the carrier allows.

Orders ship from our warehouse in South Nowra, NSW. (27 Wattlebird Road, South Nowra, NSW 2541, Australia)

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 6:00 PM Sydney time on a business day start processing the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery takes 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday), so 6–12 business days in total. Delivery times are estimates; remote and regional areas and peak periods can take longer.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. If you need your order faster, an Express option is available at checkout for A$15. There are no customs duties or import charges on deliveries within Australia.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. See Track your order.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. If it is lost in transit, we send a replacement or a full refund.
