Refund policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This returns policy is in addition to those rights and does not limit them.

Change-of-mind returns (30 days)

You can return items within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to return

  1. Contact us through our contact form or at info@lapersiaboutique.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll confirm your return and send you the instructions. Returns go to our warehouse: 27 Wattlebird Road, South Nowra, NSW 2541, Australia.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them back. We recommend a tracked service.

Return shipping costs

  • Changed your mind: return shipping is paid by you.
  • Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we cover the return shipping cost and offer a repair, replacement or refund as the Australian Consumer Law requires. Please contact us with your order number and photos if possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once it has shipped, please use the return process above.

Exchanges

To exchange a size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Items we can't accept as change-of-mind returns

Items that have been worn, washed or altered, or that are returned without their tags, can't be accepted as change-of-mind returns. This never affects your rights for faulty items.
